All orders will ship out from MerryBridal.com. After your payment was charged, we'll have 10 days to process your order (Because all wedding dresses or evening dresses should be custom-made to fit your body well). You will also immediately receive an email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out. Generally speaking, it will take us about 15 to 20 days to make the dresses, and you will receive them within another 5 days. MerryBridal.com provide our customers Fast Delivery. In the event your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.
^TopWhen should I order?
Normally you can enjoy your selections in 15-20 days after you place an order on MerryBridal.com.
Please place your order in advance of your big day ASAP. Because we need at least 15 days to make it.
^TopCan I return and exchange the dresses?
Due to all the dresses on MerryBridal.com are all custom-made according to the customers’ measurements, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds only for the quality. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order.
If you have any problems with your order please contact us who will give you reasonable suggestions ASAP.
^TopHow do I decide which size to order?
The dresses on MerryBridal.com you ordered are all tailored according to your measurement. You can choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements.
We suggest that you should review the information provided in How to Measure before you select your size to order. The tailor will be unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed. The customer is responsible for the size ordered.
We cannot assume any responsibility for measurements. Please fill out the correct measurements of your body size according to our service for how to measure. So we can make the dress only belongs to you. Every detail should be considered carefully. Please write all your requests in the order when you submit the order online.
^TopWhat are my payment options?
We accept PayPal、Moneybookers、Bank Transfer and Western Union service.
^TopIs there a charge for sales tax or the import duty?
There is no charge for sales tax on all orders shipped outside from MerryBridal.com. Based on our past experiences, most of the countries do not charge import duty on low volume personal imports. But if it detained by the Custom House, the customer should pay for it.
^TopCan you make a dress according to the pictures I provide?
Of course, you can. You will enjoy your favorite design with lowest price and luxurious fabrics. It’s the unique service at MerryBridal.com. If you want to make a dress according to the pictures, please remember three steps below:
Step 1: Please choose the pictures of wedding dress which you need us to make. (Note: it'll be better to provide the front, back and detail pictures of the dress.)
Step 2: Send the pictures to service@joracon.com with the title “Request for designing wedding gown". You should write down all of your requests in the email.
Step 3: After receiving your email, we will review it carefully and reply you as soon as possible. We will give you a reasonable price if we can make it for you.

We deliver to anywhere in the world.We use UPS,DHL,TNT and EMS ship to like USA and Europe about 2-5 days.
^TopWhat is a Fast Track order?
Delivery for Fast Track orders is dependent upon the factory’s schedule. The fee for the Fast Track service is dependent on the style and the emergency time. It is not available for all dresses.
